The product is equipped with the 3Srobotics in-house developed 6-axis industrial robot body HH010L, featuring a native floor-mounted design with a stable center of gravity and high torsional rigidity. With flexible axis rotation, it delivers a payload of up to 10kg and a reach of 1964mm, easily handling industrial production needs such as small and medium structural components and high-volume standardized welding.
[Eye] — 3D Vision Camera
Equipped with a 3D laser vision camera, it high-speed scans physical components, collects surface 3D data in real time, and outputs complete point cloud models. The product achieves a weld recognition accuracy of 99.8% and positioning accuracy at the 0.01mm level, delivering stable imaging under complex lighting and workpiece defect conditions.
[Brain] — Welding Process System
China's first trinity-coupled embodied AI welding robot system — Arclys. With fully in-house developed three core underlying modules — motion control, 3D vision large model, and welding process database — it creates the industry's unique welding Physical AI closed-loop architecture. Delivering an 80% efficiency improvement and 99.7%+ weld pass rate, it can be deployed in just 3 days and has already been implemented in over 200 factories.
