On March 12, 3Srobotics Technology Co., Ltd. received a visit from Hyundai Group headquarters President Kim Wan Soo and a senior executive team. The delegation conducted an in-depth inspection of our intelligent welding robot and laser welding robot production sites and application scenarios, gained a detailed understanding of the current capacity layout and technology iteration progress, and held in-depth exchanges on strategic topics such as business cooperation and production expansion. The two sides held a signing ceremony for a strategic agreement, formally establishing the framework for the next phase of in-depth cooperation.

This meeting focused on three core directions: product and technology upgrades, capital allocation decisions, and coordinated expansion of the China and Korea markets. Both sides expressed that they will fully leverage their respective advantageous resources in intelligent manufacturing and heavy-industry equipment to accelerate the large-scale deployment of intelligent welding solutions in high-end manufacturing scenarios.
Based in Shanghai, 3Srobotics implements a global strategic layout, focusing on the embodied AI welding robot field, listing China, Korea and Southeast Asia as key markets. With deep technical accumulation, the company secured heavyweight orders around the Spring Festival with a total value exceeding 50 million yuan.

Since Hyundai Group became our Series A+ strategic shareholder, cooperation between the two sides has continued to deepen, further consolidating the foundation for going global and securing multiple Korean orders. As a world-leading shipbuilding enterprise, Hyundai Heavy Industries Group (HHI Group) covers core fields such as shipbuilding, offshore engineering, industrial equipment and engines, with industrial resources highly complementary to 3Srobotics’ intelligent welding technology. Our intelligent welding robots have officially entered the core supply chain system of Korea’s heavy industry and shipbuilding, marking a substantive breakthrough in the international competitiveness of China’s intelligent manufacturing in the high-end equipment field.
In the future, the two sides will take equity cooperation as the bond and the strategic agreement as the blueprint, building a two-way empowerment mechanism of “technology + market + capital”, jointly advancing the iterative innovation of intelligent welding technology and global business coordination, fully opening up the Chinese, Korean and third-party markets, and creating a benchmark for cross-border cooperation in the intelligent manufacturing field.
