On April 16, 2026, 3Srobotics was invited to attend the “G60 Digital-Intelligent Nuclear Energy High-Quality Development Forum and AI-Empowered Computing-Power Coordination Capital Face-to-Face” event, jointly hosted by the Shanghai Institute of Sci-Tech Achievement Evaluation and the National Nuclear Instrument and Control Industry Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance. Company CFO Ms. Yang Ting shared 3Srobotics’ industry advantages and development plans in vertical welding scenarios during the “Capital Face-to-Face” session.

The forum was grandly held at the Thames Town Sci-Tech Innovation Center in Songjiang, Shanghai, amid a beautiful setting. Yan Biao, Executive Vice President of the Shanghai Institute of Sci-Tech Achievement Evaluation, delivered an on-site address. Ye Qizhen, academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, senior consultant to the Science and Technology Committee of CNNC and honorary director of the Science and Technology Committee of China Nuclear Power Engineering Co., Ltd., and Yang Bailing, former vice president of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, member of the Standing Committee of the 10th National People’s Congress and honorary president of the Shanghai Institute of Sci-Tech Achievement Evaluation, delivered video addresses respectively.

At the forum, Shi Qingwei, Deputy Secretary-General of the Digitalization and Artificial Intelligence Branch of the Chinese Nuclear Society, together with Vice President Yan Biao, Chen Lei, Deputy Director of the Information Division of the Shanghai Nuclear Power Office, Tu Renhua, Chairman of the Strategy Committee of the Zhejiang Merchants Investment Research Association, Dai Zhong, Deputy Director of the Songjiang District Investment Promotion Center, Wang Qi, Deputy Director of the G60 Innovation Research Center, and Ji Yuguan, Deputy Chief Engineer of the National Engineering Center of CSSC 708 Institute, and other experts and leaders, unveiled the “Digital-Intelligent Nuclear Energy Special Committee of the Shanghai Institute of Sci-Tech Achievement Evaluation”.
The special committee will focus on third-party evaluation, standard-setting and achievement transformation in the digital-intelligent direction of the nuclear energy field: conducting professional evaluation of digital-intelligent sci-tech achievements in nuclear energy, formulating standards and specifications related to nuclear energy digitalization and intelligence, building an “industry-academia-research-application” collaboration and achievement transformation platform, providing consulting and think-tank services for the digital-intelligent transformation of the nuclear energy industry, and promoting the evaluation and cultivation of digital-intelligent talent in the nuclear energy field.

Chen Fubin, Deputy General Manager of China National Nuclear Power Co., Ltd., delivered a brilliant keynote titled “Gathering for Nuclear Innovation, Linking the Future — Working with Supply Chain Partners for High-Quality Nuclear Power Development”. Finally, Chen Fubin issued an initiative to the supply chain partners present: using this forum as a bond, establish a long-term coordination mechanism, and work together to build a safe, resilient, green and intelligent nuclear power industry ecosystem, contributing “nuclear strength” to writing a new chapter of high-quality nuclear power development.

In the “AI-Empowered Computing-Power Coordination Capital Face-to-Face” session, the forum invited institutions including China Nuclear Capital, CICC Capital G60 Sci-Tech Fund, Jinqiao Capital, Zhilin Capital, Xuanyuan Capital, Dianliang Capital, Gongzheng Capital and Yuanli Capital. A total of thirteen nuclear power supply chain enterprises participated in the roadshow, among which 3Srobotics CFO Ms. Yang Ting, on behalf of the company, shared the technical advantages and development plans of HGXD embodied AI welding industrial robots for fields such as nuclear power and shipbuilding.
The construction of an energy powerhouse was written into the five-year plan for the first time — it is the mission of the era shouldered by all nuclear power professionals: in building an energy powerhouse, nuclear power plays the role of “ballast”. The construction of coastal nuclear power bases has been included among the 109 major engineering projects proposed in the “15th Five-Year Plan” outline. In addition, over the past four years, China has approved 41 nuclear power units with a total investment exceeding 800 billion yuan, laying a solid foundation for the sustained development of the “15th Five-Year Plan” period.

After the successful conclusion of the forum, representatives of the participating enterprises gathered for a group photo. 3Srobotics is honored to be on this journey with outstanding peers. We came from all over the country to Shanghai, which is “building a 100-billion-yuan nuclear power industrial cluster, targeting a total industrial output of 100 billion yuan by 2030, focusing on key core technologies, high-end equipment manufacturing and full-lifecycle operation and maintenance services”, gathering at the G60 Digital-Intelligent Nuclear Energy High-Quality Development Forum to discuss a bright future together and jointly open a new chapter for the nuclear power industry!
