FAQ
-
It comes down to how much of your cycle is welding.
- General-purpose robots suit handling, machine tending, palletising and mixed-duty cells where welding is occasional or absent.
- Intelligent welding robots ship with the torch, wire feed, seam tracking and welding process packages already integrated and commissioned, so you are not assembling a welding cell from parts.
If welding is the primary process, the welding line will reach production quality faster. If you expect the cell to be repurposed across several processes, the general-purpose line keeps more options open.

Common consumables and high-turnover spares are stocked for quick dispatch. Less common assemblies are quoted with a lead time when you enquire.
For production-critical cells we recommend agreeing a small on-site spares kit at handover — the parts that stop a line are usually inexpensive, and having them on the shelf converts a multi-day wait into a shift-level repair.

Use the after-sales hotline or email listed on our After-Sales Service page, or submit the self-service form there to open a ticket.
Please include the machine serial number, the fault code or alarm text, and what the cell was doing when the fault appeared. With those three details we can usually skip a round of diagnostic questions.
